Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was spacious, warm, and private, though a bit noisy despite my request for a quiet room. The air conditioning didn't work, but they provided a noisy fan as a substitute. The service was natural and pleasant despite a minor mix-up that wasn't apologized for. The location was convenient for my needs, near the motorway, and easy to find. The dining options were nice but seemed a bit pricey for some items. Overall, I had a decent experience with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to both the city and the new RHS Bridgewater centre. The rooms had all the necessary amenities, and the staff provided excellent service. However, the dining experience was a bit lacking in atmosphere. The price was reasonable considering the value received.
The hotel has the potential to be much better. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, were a little dated and old-fashioned with uncomfortable beds. The service is outstanding, especially from the man at the door/check out, but pricing could be better. The dining experience was adequate but lacked variety. The facilities are decent, but some areas need improvement.
